MB 7/16
Slicing soft or hard crusted loaves with consistency, the Berkel Model MB 7/16” bread machine handles loaves up to 15 1⁄2" in length.
Featuring easily replaceable, independently mounted, heat-treated, alloy carbon steel blades in a space saving compact design.
Operation simply requires you to place a loaf in the bread rack and lift the operator handle.
This action starts the motor and the blades begin cutting gently and cleanly from the top(

A convenient front-mounted stainless steel bagging trough and easy access, removable scrap pan are included. The Sky White, polyester powder coat finish and all product contact areas are stainless steel for easy cleaning.
