Alaska, Hawaii, PR, Canada Shipping:
The shipping prices listed are for the 48 contiguous states. If you want the product to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii please request an invoice as the flat shipping fee does not apply for these areas. We will search for the cheapest shipping to your area. As a general rule we do not ship to Canada but we do make exceptions if the customer is willing to schedule the shipping and handle the customs paperwork.

60-Day Warranty:
This product is warrantied for 60 days from the date of shipment against defective arrival. Any Defective or DOA product must be reported within 60 days of shipment. Each product is tested and is in working condition when it is shipped. Unfortunately on rare occasions, damages may occur during shipment. If this happens, don't worry, we will stand behind our products!
Warranty Return Policy:
We reserve the right to provide either a replacement product or refund if the product is found to be defective. No returns will be processed after the warranty period is over.
Restocking Fee:
We cannot guarantee compatibility with your equipment or software.  If you have any doubts, or more information is needed, please visit the manufacturer's website. There is a 15% restocking fee for returning a non-defective item.
Payment
Payment Requirements:
Payment must be received within 5 days of close of auction or listing purchase. Product availability is not guaranteed after 5 days. If you, for some reason, can not pay within 5 days, please notify us of your situation. If after 5 days we have not received payment without notification, eBay automatically files a non-paying buyer notification, and we will resell the item.
