● How to use
◎ Use a bread knife with a blade length of 23 cm or more.
◎ Please use the thickness of the bread as a guide only. It will vary slightly depending on the condition of the bread at the time of cutting and how to insert the bread knife.
Before cutting the bread
Please use a wet cloth so that the cut guide does not move easily.
① Place the bread on the white base and lightly press one side against the wall of the kitchen knife guide.
* If you press it too hard, it will be thicker than the set thickness.
(2) Insert a bread knife into the groove of the knife guide of the thickness you want to cut, and slowly cut it while moving it in parallel back and forth.
* If the bread becomes narrower, cut it while holding down the base.
