This item in my EBAY store is a NORTHWOOD  "GOOD LUCK"  ROYAL COBALT BLUE CARNIVAL GLASS PIE CRUST EDGE RUFFLE SHAPED BOWL.   This NORTHWOOD royal blue "GOOD LUCK" pie crust edge bowl is antique glass that has survived well over 100 years of survival and because of age has now become a beautiful family heirloom piece of glass;   I may add that this
NORTHWOOD  "GOOD LUCK"  ROYAL COBALT BLUE CARNIVAL GLASS PIE CRUST EDGE RUFFLE SHAPED BOWL is an early NORTHWOOD vintage antique carnival glass "GOOD LUCK" bowl that has been used and displayed over many years and still remains in beautiful heirloom condition, surely the couple of people who have once owned this American beauty piece of NORTHWOOD antique glass surely cherrished this "GOOD LUCK" bowl according to the condition this "GOOD LUCK" bowl remains in today, a very beautiful carnival glass bowl;   I want to mention that this NORTHWOOD "GOOD LUCK" bowl that I have here does have the early carnival glass era characteristics of the early carnival glass making process having stress marks, straw marks, and air bubbles sometimes seen inside the glass of early carnival glass, these characteristics are and can be seen inside the glass of this royal blue carnival glass "GOOD LUCK" bowl that I have here, these characteristics are from the production of this NORTHWOOD "GOOD LUCK" bowl and is NOT considered damage, this info I just mentioned to you is all shown in my numerous photos taken but any questions at all please e-mail me;
This NORTHWOOD "GOOD LUCK" royal cobalt blue carnival glass bowl is just the way it left the NORTHWOOD GLASS COMPANY many years ago, this "GOOD LUCK" bowl I have here is in beautiful condition, there are no cracks, chips, scratches and no glass staining, there is a very tiny nick in a pie crust edge ruffle hardly noticeable but I mention everything;   I have a photo showing a close up shot of the "HORSESHOE" that has no damage, it did not matter which angle I photographed this American beauty my photos show the beautiful COLOR and carnival iridescence over this "GOOD LUCK" royal blue cobalt bowl, as we all know it is all about the........... COLOR and iridescence;   The carnival iridescence is the satin finish, with the "RIB & PANEL" as the secondary pattern on the back of this bowl, this "GOOD LUCK" royal blue bowl is NOT marked with the NORTHWOOD famous trade mark, there are numerous photos of the "HORSESHOE", showing the "cleats" of glass on the "HORSESHOE" that has no damage;   You can see this NORTHWOOD highly collected "GOOD LUCK" pattern that is shown and talked about in one of my many reference materials, one is a hard back book by "Edwards & Carwile" a book on carnival glass, the "STANDARD ENCYCLOPEDIA of CARNIVAL GLASS 7th EDITION, on page #169;   The carnival glass iridescence is very even and beautiful over this pie crust edge ruffle shaped bowl;   I've taken numerous (all) photos outside in the natural daylight in different backgrounds in numerous angles and positions to show pattern, COLOR, condition, carnival glass iridescence, & size hoping to answer any and all questions but if need be you can E-mail me or you can see me on my NEW web site at terrymackeyantiques.com.   When using a cell phone or mobile device please click on "see full description" to see more photos and measurements;   Insurance is bought at the USPS at the time of shipment to you, the cost is .25 for the shipping and .75 for the insurance, any over paid shipping cost will be returned to you the BUYER;   All stickers on MY NORTHWOOD  "GOOD LUCK"  royal cobalt blue carnival glass pie crust edge ruffle shaped bowl sent to you must remain on MY NORTHWOOD  "
