    GRAVITY FEED BREAD SLICER
    Oliver Model 797 Bread Slicers were designed to be compact, sturdy and time tested.
    These easy to operate machines have been used worldwide for many years.
    It is ideal for batch slicing for higher volume retail and in-store bakeries.
    Featuring a gravity fed infeed chute which can slice up to 600 loves per hour under optimal conditions.
    Its sturdy steel construction provide years of efficient, trouble-free operation with minimal of maintenance.
    The model 797slicer is equipped with a 32”l x 16”w infeed chute that allows for both production slicing and on-demand slicing.
    The rust-resistant, independently mounted blades are easily replaceable and utilize the low cost replacement blades.
    Blade replacement typically takes one hour of labor, the lowest in the industry.
    Designed for trouble-free, smooth and quiet operation.
