    Description:
    The Minigel with its exclusive appearance can be positioned anywhere, owing to its slim design and it provides advertisement space on its front and back. It is equipped with a user friendly keypad with a digital temperature indicator in its display. Its stronger motor and the electronic control system enable the MINIGEL plus to produce soft ice cream as well as frozen yogurt. In order to prevent a condensation of water and thus the formation of ice on the casing, its casing is circulated with warm air.
    As a result the Minigel machine is also able to produce soft serve frozen yogurt, milkshake, slush, alcoholic slushies and sorbets, making it the most versatile and best value machine on the market.
    The Ugolini Minigel can be cleaned easily and without the use of tools. It is equipped with a safety stop which is triggered when opening the lid during operation.
