Vintage Advertising Thermometer - PPG Automotive Paint Thinner 18" Round Gas/Oil

Here's a Vintage metal round "clock-type" Thermometer for the Automotive shop--- For PPG  (Pittsburgh Plate Glass as it was originally known) a maker of paints and thinners used in Automotive painting.   The face of this has chart info for mixing and thinning paints.   It works---- is pretty close to the temp in my basement where I took the pics.
It is in Very Good Condition---- a little wear and tear--- some metal warp of the face, some light corrosion of the rim, but very nice color.   I think maybe it is supposed to have a plastic cover on the front?   It has one big blemish area---- at the 40 to 50 degree range at upper left  (see the close-up photo).  It looks like some paint thinner or epoxy splashed on it at one time.   Otherwise it's pretty nice!    What you see is what you'll get--- please examine the photos.
