Vintage Chesterfield Cigarette Advertising Painted 3D Tin with Thermometer

What programs is this awesome Chesterfield metal sign thermometer. As you can see from the pictures the sign is a little sweaty just like they should be. Amateur is still intact there are a couple little dings and dents and some rust. I am not an expert on this type of item so please see all pictures and ask all questions before bidding!
