    Description

    This die set is an interesting piece of history. Manufactured by Russell Manufacturing Co. from the 1910's. Wiley & Russell (1872-1912) merged into Greenfield Tap & Die Co., and I have seen Russell MFG. Co. with patent stamps of 1915/1916. These dies are compatible with Greenfield Little Giant Adjustable dies, easily obtained on eBay. The die plates are adjustable - The bottom plate threads into the die, clamping the dies tight. Sizes are: 1/4"-20, 5/16"-18, 2x 7/16"-14, 3/8"-16, 1/2"-13. I consider all except 5/16" to be in condition of use or demonstration, although many have some teeth chipped.
