Vintage JACQUIN'S CORDIALS Barware Decor
Made of chalkware, this piece of history is heavy enough to make a great doorstop, coming in at over 7-1/2 LBS.
This piece clearly shows a man in a tuxedo and top hat holding a bottle of Jacquin's Rock and Rye and a bottle of Blackberry Flavored Brandy. Base says "Jacquin's Cordials" and on back of base is discreetly carved "GASTON SAYS".
Very nicely made, right down to his bulging eyes and red lips.
Black Tux and hat, Ivory skin, Brown bottles with red caps.
Vintage piece is in structurally sound condition with age-related chipping to paint, with the worst part shown in photo #3. No obvious chipping to figure. Some black paint from brim of top hat appears to have dripped onto figure's left eye, probably from being under hot bar lights too long. Flaws are mainly cosmetic and are not detrimental to the integrity of the figurine in my opinion.  PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS UP CLOSE, AS THEY ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION and this is an AS-IS listing.
Leave as-is to maintain the vintage feel OR buy some touch up paint and give him some new life - it's up to you.
This vintage piece stands approx.  15" Tall and approx.  8" wide.  Weighs approx.  7-1/2 pounds.
This bar collectible has been in my family for well over 55 years.  I will let YOU clean it properly, as I do not want to mar the paint any further.
